Prior to your daughter taking entrance tests, the school will request a reference from her current school. The entrance examination covers an online Pretest, along with a creative writing paper and an interview.

To accept an offer of a place, you will be expected to pay an acceptance deposit, held by the school until your daughter finishes her education at Woldingham School.

At 11+, the school offers the following scholarships: All-Rounder, Academic, Art, Drama, Music, Performing Arts, Sport and the ‘Local Girl’ Scholarship to local, maintained primary school candidates. Scholarships typically carry a reduction between 5-20% of day fees per year.

They are applicable for a student’s entire education at Woldingham, but only if she meets the expected standards of behaviour, attendance, performance and effort.

The school also offers means-tested financial support with the payment of school fees called Entry Bursaries. To apply for a bursary, you should reach out to the Admissions Department and request a bursary form, which will help establish the detailed financial circumstances of your household. The deadline for financial support applications is at the beginning of November. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
