Once you have made an order, you can to access it immediately via your online dashboard. If you already have an account with us, you will be able to log in to download your papers and view accompanying video solutions.

Download links can expire when we release new versions of products. Your download links will remain valid for two years after purchase.

The papers can be downloaded through your dashboard immediately after purchasing, so you can print and use them straight away. We don’t send physical copies.

We don’t offer subscription plans at this time.

You can access your dashboard from any device or browser. The only requirement is an internet connection.

You can log in to your dashboard here. If it's your first time ordering, we will send you your login credentials via email. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox.

You can request a password reset by clicking on the Forgotten Password button on the login page.

The password to open your papers is set as your email address. Simply type it in when prompted to access your files.

You can usually print the files directly after opening the download link in your browser. If you face any issues with this, simply save the file on your computer and then open it with a standard PDF reader like Adobe Reader or Preview for Mac. You should then be able to print the files without issue.

In your dashboard, click on the product image under the Solutions tab to watch the accompanying videos. You can watch them as many times as you like.

In almost all cases, Packs in a series are pitched at the same difficulty level but consist of different questions, ensuring students are exposed to as many of the various question types as possible.

Most of our products include sample pages. You can find them on the product pages. Otherwise, please feel free to contact us and we can send some sample pages for you.

We work with a select group of experts to create our practice resources. They are designed to be highly accurate and relevant, based on the specific requirements of the school in question. You can read the reviews from parents who have used our papers here.

The watermark is a security feature implemented to protect our proprietary educational content. Unfortunately, widespread unauthorised sharing has grown significantly in recent years, and this measure is necessary to ensure the continued quality and fairness of the materials for all learners, both now and in the future.

We are unable to remove or alter the watermarks on any purchased materials. Watermarks are required across all of our resources to protect our intellectual property and to help safeguard the wider educational environment.

The watermark is carefully designed and positioned to be non-intrusive. It does not cover or obscure any critical educational content, questions or answers, ensuring the papers remain fully usable for learning and assessment.

Our products are digital and can therefore not be returned and refunded once they have been accessed as there is no way to return them.
