How will I receive my order and how long will it take?

All our products are delivered exclusively in digital form. Immediately after ordering online, you will receive an email containing individual download links for each product you have purchased. The files will be in PDF form. Most computers come with a PDF reader pre-installed. If not, you can download Acrobat PDF Reader for free by following this link: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/


How do I open the product files?

In order to open the files, simply click on the ‘download’ link in the email we send you. For security purposes, the files are password protected. The password is automatically set to match the email address you used to make your purchase. Enter your email address when you are prompted for a password and the file will open.


I have made a purchase but have not received an email, what should I do?

You should usually receive a confirmation email containing links to your purchases within a couple of minutes of your order. However, in exceptional cases, it can take up to half an hour. Please also check your spam folder as the email may have been redirected there. If you are still facing issues, please contact us.


Why am I no longer able to download my files?

Download links can expire when we release new versions of products. If your link expires before you manage to download the product, please contact us and we will happily send you a new one.


How do I print my files?

You can usually print the files directly after opening the download link in your browser. If you face any issues with this, simply save the file to your hard drive and open it with a standard PDF reader like Adobe Reader or Preview for Mac. You should then be able to print the files without issue.


Do you offer refunds?

Our products are digital and can therefore not be returned and refunded.
