The 10+ exam is taken by students in Year 5 for entry into independent schools in Year 6. Students are aged 9 or 10 when they take the exam.

How to prepare a child for 10+?

The best way to prepare for the 10+ exam is to first identify the areas your child needs to focus on. You can do this by using our practice papers as a diagnostic, working out your child’s strengths and weaknesses. You can then focus on the weaker areas with topic specific practice. This will set your child up to perform well on exam day as there should be no surprises.
