Why is this pack important?
The first round test at Sutton Grammar Schools is known as the Selective Eligibility Test. It covers Maths and English in a multiple-choice format.
Tiffin Boys’ and Girls’ Schools in Kingston also use a first round test that covers Maths and English.
In the English paper of these Sutton and Kingston tests, there are questions that will assess a student’s spelling skills using specific question types.
Therefore, it is useful for students to spend time focusing on these types of questions so they are well prepared for the exam. We’ve focused on words that have been known to come up in the past, as well as ones that students often find tricky to spell.
