Introduction
Dixie Grammar School is an independent school in Market Bosworth, Leicestershire. Dating back to 1320, the school features a number of notable alumni, including Thomas Hooker, known as the Father of American Democracy. [1]

Open Mornings are held in the Autumn Term, providing prospective families with the opportunity to see the school, take part in a range of activities and engage in informal discussions with key members of the staff.

Dixie Grammar Junior School 7 Plus (7+) Admissions
Admission to Year 3 is through assessments, covering two areas of the curriculum: Maths and English. Offers are made on the grounds of performance in these. The school will also ask to meet with parents and request for school report copies.
Registration includes a payment of a £95 non-refundable registration fee. On acceptance of a place, a £350 deposit is payable, refunded when your child leaves the school.
