Introduction
Bromsgrove School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school in the Worcestershire town of Bromsgrove. Established in 1553, it is one of the oldest schools in Britain. [1]

Bromsgrove Prep School 7 Plus (7+) Admissions
Registration forms should be returned to the school by the deadline in early January. Some time later, your child will be invited to the school to sit computer-based entrance assessments and a short writing task. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

- Creative writing (essay)
- Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4)
The creative writing paper examines writing skills, including punctuation and spelling. Marks will be awarded for good use of imagination, creativity, form, purpose, organisation, cohesion and sentence structure.
The Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4) measures developed abilities via modules testing Verbal, Non-Verbal, Spatial and Quantitative Reasoning.
