In our second maths course of the year, we are looking to fully introduce and begin to establish the core concepts and fundamentals of the 11+. This is a good time for you to fully understand your child’s strengths and weaknesses, so you know what to tactically focus on over the summer. Each course is stand alone, so there is no need to have attended a previous course to fully benefit from this one.
In Maths we are looking for children to be accurate and confident in their maths basics and to be able to begin tackling the more tricky, advanced topics.
Led by experienced EPP tutors, this 2-day 11+ Mathematics course will provide a comprehensive programme of skills-based study using exclusive EPP materials specifically designed for this course. As well as supportive teaching and rigorous learning, there will be added take home material for your child to work on after the course, to consolidate and reinforce their skills. A short report will be prepared at the end of the course, so you will see how your child has performed and the areas they will need to focus on in the coming months, providing invaluable structure for your 11+ journey.
Our courses are taught in small groups in a fun and lively atmosphere. The aim is to build your child’s confidence and skills with plenty of encouragement and positive reinforcement. We’ve been running these courses for a number of years now and we know exactly what is required to succeed at 11+ at the top schools.
