Introduction

Hampton Court House School is a co-educational independent school, settled in an 18th-century building on the edge of Bushy Park in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The Grade II listed building was built by George Montagu-Dunk, 2nd Earl of Halifax, in 1757.

The broad curriculum fall under the following categories: Art, Ballet, Computer Science, Drama, English, Humanities, Latin, Learning Support, Mandarin, Mathematics, Music, Psychology, Science, MFL and Sports.

Within the co-curricular programme, the school ensures that there is something for everyone. From the Da Vinci Club and Chamber Choir, to Design Technology and Coding Club, Hampton Court House covers a number of different after-class activities, and thus meets the ever-changing interests of its pupils.

Whilst fostering curiosity, honesty, empathy and a love of learning, the school’s welcoming community is home to pupils and staff of diverse ethnic backgrounds. The fundamental British values of democracy, individual liberty and tolerance are central to the school’s ethos, culture and teaching, enabling pupils to develop into independent and mindful young adults, who are fully prepared for success in their future endeavours.
