Sherfield School is a co-educational, independent day and boarding school in Sherfield Manor by Sherfield on Loddon in Hampshire. Occupying 76 acres of parkland, the school was founded by GEMS Education and is managed by Bellevue Education Group Ltd.


In Senior School, pupils study art, computing, design & technology, drama, English, geography, history, mathematics, MFL, music, physical education, PSHE, religious education, science and sports. After classes, they have the opportunity to engage in numerous activities and clubs such as badminton, ballet, Duke of Edinburgh, judo, languages club, theatre tech and yoga.

Open Mornings take place every last Friday of every month during term time, offering you and your child the opportunity to experience the school on a normal working day. Sherfield School 11 Plus (11+) Admissions


The school admits students to Year 7 on the basis of a report and performance in entrance assessments. They will also be expected to attend a Taster Day at the school.


The registration form should be submitted along with a non-returnable registration fee. To accept an offer of a place, you’ll need to complete the school’s Form of Acceptance and pay a deposit, kept by the school until your child leaves.
