How will 11+ Torbay practice tests benefit my child?
The grammar schools in Torbay now use the GL Assessment exam format for 11+ entry. To help your child prepare for this test format, our practice tests are tailored to the timings, question types, and difficulty level of the actual exam.
The upcoming Torbay 11+ Exam is entirely multiple-choice and will consist of two papers:
Paper 1: Mathematics
This paper will evaluate students’ abilities in Mathematics. The test is 50 minutes long, excluding practice questions at the beginning. Students will need to mark their answers on a separate answer sheet.
Paper 2: English
This paper will assess English skills across comprehension, punctuation, spelling and sentence completion (cloze). This test is 50 minutes long, including sample questions for each subsection. Students will need to mark their answers on a separate answer sheet.
