Introduction
Brighton Girls is an independent day school for girls in East Sussex. Formerly known as Brighton and Hove High School, it was founded in 1876 and is now a member of the GDST network. [1]

The school invites all prospective families to visit during the Open Doors events, held throughout the year alongside Private Tours and Tasters. Pre-registering is essential and can be done using this form.
Brighton Girls 7 Plus (7+) Admissions
Applications for Year 3 places should be submitted together with a non-refundable fee of £100. Once the school has reviewed your application, they will get in touch to schedule a Taster Day and assessment for your daughter.
Offers are made in writing and must be accepted with a payment of a £750 deposit, refunded in your daughter’s last term at the school.

The Brighton Girls 7 Plus (7+) exam consists of the following assessments:
