Radnor House School is a co-educational, independent day school located in Twickenham, London. Opened in 2011, this relatively new school has already been shortlisted for the ‘Independent School Awards’.
The strong academic core, comprising Science, Humanities, English, Maths, MFL, Art, PE and PSHEE, is complemented by a broad programme of co-curricular activities.

Open Events for Radnor House 11 Plus (11+) Entry
The Whole School Open Days take place in the Autumn Term (October and November). The events include an address by the Head, followed by a tour of the school and meetings with the academic staff.
Weekday School Tours take place on a working day and include a short presentation from the Head, followed by a tour of the school with a member of the Admissions Team. Booking for both events can be made online.
Radnor House 11 Plus (11+) Admissions
The school admits pupils on the grounds of successful performance in an interview and entrance examinations, as well as a satisfactory reference and written report from the applicant’s current school.
To register your child for the 11 plus, you should submit a registration form along with a copy of their end of Year 5 full written school report by the deadline in late November of the year preceding entry. The assessments and interviews are held in January.
Offers of places must be accepted by the deadline in early March of Year 6.
Radnor House 11 Plus (11+) Scholarships and Bursaries
Scholarships for Academic Excellence are awarded on the basis of performance in the entrance examinations.
Limited bursary assistance is offered as a short-term help when parental circumstances dramatically change. Long-term funding or substantial levels of financial support are not available.

The Radnor House 11+ exam consists of the following papers:
The English paper examines both comprehension and writing skills, including inference, spelling, vocabulary and punctuation. Marks will be awarded for good use of imagination, creativity, form, purpose, organisation, cohesion and sentence structure.
The maths exam assesses your child’s problem-solving abilities and arithmetic skills. The paper may include questions on number, measurement, geometry, algebra and statistics.
