Introduction
Hampton School is an independent day school for boys in Hampton, Greater London. Established in 1557, it boasts a rich history alongside an impressive list of notable alumni, and currently caters for approximately 1,250 students in line with the highest standards. [1]
In the Sixth Form, the academic provision is rooted in efforts to maximise both independent and collaborative study, offering boys a number of opportunities to grow in character in the process. Through the Hampton Extended Learning Project, the school encourages further exploration of their area of study through research, thorough analysis and other sophisticated learning methods, all highly regarded by prestigious universities.
The CE programme, also known as Curriculum Enrichment, allows students to get involved in non-academic activities, typically ranging from cookery and mindfulness to community service and British Sign Language. The school nurtures articulate expression and independence of thought as crucial to success, enabling students to access further education with an all-round personality, intellectual versatility and maximised cultural horizons.
