Introduction
Dulwich College is an independent day and boarding school for boys in Dulwich, London. It was established in 1619 and caters for over 1,800 pupils, maintaining a strong reputation as a top-performing, elite establishment. [1]
The relevance of the academic provision is reflected in the broad syllabus, which comprehensively introduces students to a variety of disciplines. In-class teaching is both inspiring and challenging, allowing boys to engage and make the most out of lessons for DT, economics, politics, MFL and computer science, among others.
From CCF to the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, the co-curricular programme allows students to bond while acquiring in-demand skills with long-term benefits. Expeditions to far-off destinations are organised regularly, maximising the sense of adventure that underpins Dulwich’s culture of ambition and achievement. [2]
The College features a highly skilled and dedicated pastoral care provision, through which it safeguards students’ welfare. In the course of their personal development, boys are encouraged to explore their strengths alongside their humanity, building character within a supportive and inspiring environment where success is standard.
